If your site is down, you should know before your customer does. Specula sends a request every five minutes from our European vantage point and checks the status code, the response time, and the content. We monitor from a single location and we don't hide it — in exchange, every failure is re-verified so you don't get paged for nothing.

• Five-minute checks, verified

  The first failed response doesn't page anyone. The check repeats at short intervals; once downtime is confirmed, your team knows within seconds.

• More than "is it up"

  Response time and expected page content are measured too. A page that returns 200 but renders empty is still an outage.

• Incident history

  Thirty days of availability, with the start and end of every incident. You walk into SLA conversations with data.
