DNS Monitoring & Backup

DNS is the quietest place your setup can break. One changed A record moves your traffic to another server, and most teams only find out when customers start calling. Specula resolves the whole zone at regular intervals, diffs each scan against the last, and puts the delta in front of you.

• Record-level diffs

  You see which record moved from which value to which. Not "something changed" but "the A record now points here".

• Point-in-time backups

  Every scan keeps a copy of the zone. Recovering from a bad change is restoring the previous state in one click.

• Nameserver change alarm

  Changed NS records can mean the domain is being moved out from under you, so they raise a separate, higher-priority alert.
